All Sale & Clearance items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final once purchase has been made.
RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
1. No exchange and return for wrong sizes, colours & materials made by the customer. All sales are final.
2. Please read and understand the product information carefully before making a purchase. This website contains fabric products which are sold in meters, pairs, mix & match ready to wear of different materials, sizes, colours and quantities. There is no refund and exchange due in the event of a customer error. All sales are final.
The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
